We have a fantastic permanent opening for an organizational development partner to join our welcoming and helpful HR staff. The position holder will assist us in implementing the People Strategy of the Council, which addresses topics like staff welfare, digital transformation, leadership and management development, employee development, culture change, talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
In order to address the aforementioned strategy areas and determine department-specific needs that will support future talent management, cultural change, and skill development, this function will regularly interact with senior management teams.
We are seeking an appropriately qualified individual with extensive current expertise in OD and L&D gained in a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate for the Organizational Development Partner job will have developed and applied design principles to align organizational aspects, including strategy, structure, and process. Additionally, the ideal applicant would have expertise utilizing a variety of theories to maximize organizational development interventions and practices.
We are searching for a versatile individual who is a completer-finisher, has an adjustable attitude, and can manage many priorities for this complex work.
This position necessitates travel to various locations around East Renfrewshire. Depending on the demands of the service, we can allow for a certain amount of hybrid working, including some hours spent at home.
