Non-Ohio residents (U.S. citizens or permanent residents) who are highly competitive as demonstrated by grade point average, class rank (if available), high school curriculum rigor, and ACT or SAT scores are eligible for the National Buckeye Scholarship at OSU (if available).

Eligibility Requirements
